Ordering products

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. 

Availability

All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and dispatch email. Any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Prices

Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

Payment

We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards. Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly, you can also pay via PayPal with your debit or credit card as a guest. Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay. Any order placed using debit, credit card or PayPal will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we reject or cancel your order for any reason this charge will be credited back to your original method of payment. 

Packaging:

We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Returns:

Items lost during postage:

Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal Mail, this can take several weeks but we will keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

Exchanges: 

Due to our returns process we are unable to accept exchanges. To receive a replacement quickly we advise you to purchase the item you need from our shop and return the original item back for a refund.

Received incorrect or damaged item

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please email us to info@myfashionhub.co.uk (24/7). (Mondays-Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm) with the invoice number, incorrect or the faulty item's name and a description of the fault.
